Nuklearenpest - Monuments [demo]

Nuklearenpest, the Anti-Zionist black metal act from New Jersey that has quickly become an obsession of mine is back with some more material. You may remember them from my interview with them, or perhaps from countless mentions throughout various reviews. At any rate, they've released yet another demo, this one is entitled Monuments

Mortum - The Rites of Depopulation

Ahhh yes...I feel the low-fi grit flowing back into my arteries clogging them with their porous shards and I must say, despite my failure-inevitable heart, it feels splendid.

I apparently have an affinity for New Jersey's black metal scene, or we're just popular there and they're the only ones that like us, either way, we have Mortum, allies with Nuklearenpest whom we interviewed and whom I'll also be reviewing their new demo soon. Mortum have released a demo and an EP prior to this full-length and their split with Nuklearenpest. They've had a number of line-up changes but have now settled into a three-piece that seems to be working wonders.

Immolith - StormDragon

Some of you may remember my interview with the New Jersey black metal onslaught known as Nuklearenpest, others, probably not. (not that it could go any more than those two ways) Here's another black metal outfit hailing from the New Jersey area, Immolith. They'll be releasing their newest album, StormDragon on, oddly enough, Valentine's Day next year (Feb. 14, 2012) via Metalhit.com, a place I've honestly never heard of until I approached Immolith about doing a review for them. It seems Metalhit.com has a varied assortment of bands to choose from so, check them out when you get a free moment in your busy daily routines.
